President and Publisher, Vicki Schneps speaks with President and CEO of The Corcoran Group, Pam Liebman, to talk about her many successes as a powerful woman leader. Growing up on Staten Island, Pam discusses the influence her family, friends and community had on shaping her future. At a young age, Pam realized her leadership abilities when she was named class president of her high school. This was just the beginning of her leadership roles. After graduating from University of Massachusetts Amherst, she got her start at Corcoran after being interviewed by its founder, Barbara Corcoran. Over the next seven years, she rose in the ranks, and was made a partner in the firm before becoming its chief executive.
