Katie Goodman breaks down — with laughter — on BPR

In a bonus edition of Brooklyn Paper Radio, the boys sat down in-studio with Brooklyn comedian and musician Katie Goodman, whose new album “Halfway Closer to Dead” features such instant classics as “Nazis Get All the P—-.” “Boobs Look Funny When You’re Having Sex,” and the seminal “Give Me a Man Over Forty,” a clear reference to single-and-dating behemoth Gersh Kuntzman.

Kuntzman focused on the last track. “What is it about men like me that is so attractive to women like you?” asked the sexy 51-year-old.

“You’ve got your s— together,” Goodman said, accurately.

The show also featured the boys’ first “break” when uncontrolled laughter erupted between all three after DiMiceli combined the words “chicken” and “steak” during one of his legendary spots for Atlas Meat Market, and accidentally said “schticken.”

The five minutes of laughter is all there for you to hear — uncut — on another unmissable episode of Brooklyn’s most beloved podcast.

Brooklyn Paper radio is recorded and podcast live every Friday at 10 am (and sometimes other days at other times) — for your convenience — from our studio in America’s Downtown and can be found, as always, right here on BrooklynPaper.com, on iTunes, on Mixlr, and of course, on Stitcher.
